PRACTICE SURVEYS

We are always keen to hear the views of our patients in relation to the services that we provide, and attached are the results of three recent surveys with regard to our Nurse Team, our Dispensary Services and an externally assessed patient feedback analysis of our GPs.  

Many thanks to all of those that took part - the extremely positive results are very encouraging.  We will continue to run ad-hoc surveys of this nature for the future, as we are able to learn from them and- where necessary - adapt our services accordingly.

FRIENDS AND FAMILY TEST

The Practice collects information from you following visits to the surgery with regard to the way that you feel that the visit went - in short this is called the "Friends and Family Test" and asks whether, based on your latest visit, you would recommend the surgery to your Friends and Family.  We collect this information primarily through the SMS texting service, but it can also be fed back at the surgery through the forms and collection boxes held there.  This information is fed back to NHS England on a monthly basis and we are able to react to emerging trends if and when they are noted.
